How InterviewTwin.AI handles your information.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: the email address you submit. If you create an account: your email address and sign-in details. If you use a rehearsal (including the free demo): your microphone audio while a session is live, text transcripts of the conversation, and the AI feedback and scores generated for you.
Voice audio
Your microphone audio is streamed in real time to our AI partners (OpenAI for speech and conversation, Spatius for the avatar) only while a rehearsal is live. We do not store audio recordings on our servers — only the text transcript of what was said.
Transcripts and feedback
Transcripts and grades are stored with your account so you can review them later. Free demo sessions run under a temporary anonymous account; if you don't create a full account, that data is not linked to your identity.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the product is used — page views, feature usage, and queue wait times. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We rely on Supabase (accounts and data storage), OpenAI (conversation and grading), Spatius (avatar rendering), PostHog (analytics), and Resend (email). Each processes data only to provide the service.
Deleting your data
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any of our emails to ask us to delete your account, transcripts, and email address entirely, and we will.
